How to Fix Hogwarts Legacy Twitch Drops Not Working

With Hogwarts Legacy continuing to rise in popularity during its initial launch week, many people are hopping on twitch and enjoying the experience with their favorite streamers. As a bonus, if you watch these streamers for a while, including the official Avalanche Software stream page, you can gain exclusive cosmetic drops! However, even after redeeming them, you may find that they’re nowhere to be found in-game. How to Fix Hogwarts Legacy Twitch Drops Not Working

One of the most common things we initially do is head into our Twitch inventory, claim the item and hop in-game. However, getting these rewards is a multi-step process, which we’ll highlight below:

1. Create a Warner Bros. Games Account and connect it to your Twitch account. Make sure you do this before anything else!
2. Watch Hogwarts Legacy Twitch streams long enough to become eligible for a reward.
3. Claim it through your Twitch inventory.
4. Redeem it on the Hogwarts Legacy Twitch Drops page.
5. Load up your game and claim your reward!

If you have yet to claim the reward through either your Twitch inventory or the Hogwarts Legacy drops page, make sure you redeem them on both. Only claiming through one or the other won’t work! You’ll also have to restart your game if you had it open while doing this.

Where to Find Your Twitch Drops

Another possibility is that you claimed the reward online but do not see your cloak, spectacles or other cosmetics in your inventory. Rather than navigating to your inventory, you’ll want to head into your Gear menu, hover over one of the equipment slots and press the key to change appearance. For example, if you’re on PC, ‘F’ is the default key. By doing this, you’ll see a list of cosmetics, including your Twitch drop ones, that you can equip at any time.
