Lifesign Scan is one of the first new weapons you will see in the Vampire Survivors x Among Us collab DLC called Emergency Meeting. In this article, I will show you how you can unlock and evolve the Lifesign Scan into Paranormal Scan in Vampire Survivors.
How to Unlock the Lifesign Scan in Vampire Survivors Emergency Meeting DLC
Lifesign Scan in Vampire Survivors Emergency Meeting DLC can be unlocked by finding it on the Polus Replica map and then leveling it to Level 7.
The Lifesign Scan can be found in the upper-right corner of the Polus Replica map. From your starting location, go south until you exit the ship, then go right until you reach the Laboratory as seen in the screenshot below.
How to Evolve Lifesign Scan into Paranormal Scan in Vampire Survivors Emergency Meeting DLC
Lifesign Scan can be evolved into Paranormal Scan by having Lifesign Scan and Ghost at their respective maximum levels (8 and 3) and then picking up the Treasure Chest, in hoping that you will get the evolution roll. Ghost is the Yellow Crewmate, and you can pick it up in the southwest section of the map, at the bottom of the facility around where Boiler Room is if you’re familiar with Among Us. Check the screenshot above; you’ll spot it just above Metaglio Left.
What Do Lifesign Scan and Paranormal Scan do in Vampire Survivors Emergency Meeting DLC?
Lifesign Scan restores your HP based on your Amount and Recovery values.
- Level 2 – Fires 1 more projectile. Cooldown reduced by 2 seconds.
- Level 3 – Cooldown reduced by 2 seconds.
- Level 4 – Fires 1 more projectile. Cooldown reduced by 2 seconds.
- Level 5 – Cooldown reduced by 2 seconds.
- Level 6 – Fires 1 more projectile. Cooldown reduced by 2 seconds.
- Level 7 – Cooldown reduced by 2 seconds.
- Level 8 – Cooldown reduced by 3 seconds.
Paranormal Scan periodically grants a random stat boost for the rest of the run. You will see the random stat boosts appear above your character with the corresponding icon.
