Motion blur is one of those settings that people love or hate, and is often a topic of discussion on many different gaming forums. Some people say that it great for “hiding” graphics issues when you are rapidly looking around, some say that it helps the game feel more realistic, and finally, some people say that it helps people who have motion sickness from gaming. Make sure that post-processing is set to LOW in your Video settings first. Then, go to your file manager and find the Engine.ini file within the folder:
C:\Users\(YOUR PC NAME HERE)\AppData\Local\Hotta\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
If you do not see the AppData in File Explorer, click the View card and tick off the “Hidden Items” checkbox on the right. Then, open the Engine.ini file with Notepad, Notepad++, WordPad, or any other text editor.
