How to Complete the Neighborhood Watch Challenge in BitLife

Another BitLife challenge is underway this week, starting April 22, 2023! During this challenge, you will have to channel your inner landlord as you rent out properties, deal with unruly tenants and even get a little wild with a few of them. As usual, things get a little weird in the game, but that is what makes it so fun. How to Complete the Neighborhood Watch Challenge in BitLife

Below are the tasks you will have to complete to finish the Neighborhood Watch Challenge in BitLife:

• Rent out 5+ properties
• Evict 5+ tenants you discover behaving badly
• Hook up with 3+ tenants
• Marry a tenant
• Force out a squatter

Landlord Expansion Pack Required

Before starting this challenge, make sure you own the Landlord expansion pack! Without it, you cannot rent out properties to tenants and cannot progress through these tasks. You will not get the expansion as part of Boss Mode, so you will have to purchase it separately with real money.

If you already have the pack or plan on buying it, though, you are free to continue with the rest of the challenge!

Renting Out Properties and Evicting Tenants

Once you buy the Landlord expansion pack and age up your character, you can start buying properties! It does not matter what types you get for this particular challenge as long as you buy at least five. If you want, you can even buy five cheap ones. However, you will want to make sure they are in good condition, so people are more willing to move in. You may even make some decent money with your newfound landlording abilities.

When you are ready to rent out a property, go into your Assets menu and select one of your properties to find a Property Management tab. Press Rent, finalize your monthly rent and look for tenants! Try to find a mix of people with high and low credit scores to increase your odds of finding potential squatters. Repeat this until you fill five properties.

Over time, as you age up and get your annual reports, you can Inspect your properties to make sure people behave. If you see that someone is misbehaving, choose to evict them! You will also have to repeat this five times to finish the second task.

Forcing Out Squatters

As you search for potential tenants, you will find all kinds of people with varying credit scores, past evictions and criminal records. Look for at least one tenant with a low credit score and some past evictions for high chances of finding a squatter.

From here, age up until you get a notification that someone is squatting on your property. In other words, they are living on your property without owning it. Once you find one, force them off the property to knock out another task!

Hooking Up With and Marrying a Tenant

Remember when I mentioned you want a mix of people with good and bad credit scores? Here is a situation where you want people with high scores!

Head back into your properties menu and select one of your tenants. You will find various friendship activities, from complimenting to giving gifts. Choose to hook up with your tenants until you have done it with three to complete the third task.

Along this same line, you will also want to ask one of them out and start a romantic relationship. To raise your odds of doing this, choose someone single and with whom you have a high friendship stat. If they accept, you can marry them immediately or wait some time before asking the big question. Propose to them or wait until they ask you and hold the wedding ceremony to finish the last task!

Once you complete the final task, you will finish the Neighborhood Watch Challenge in BitLife!
