Below are the five tasks you have to complete for the Good Cop, Bad Cop Challenge in BitLife:

  • Become a police officer
  • Gift gifts to 10+ coworkers
  • Have 3+ addictions
  • Take your family on 3+ cruises
  • Murder your supervisor in a drive-by

Becoming a Police Officer and Giving Gifts to Coworkers

To start your adventures as a police officer, age up your character until they turn 18 and graduate from secondary school. You’ll unlock the full-time jobs, which you’ll have to check until you find the police officer career. More specifically, you’re looking for roles like Cadet, Patrolman or Trooper, which require high school education and appear with the “Police Department” tag. Don’t worry, though; you are not required to get a university or college degree to get the role. Instead, you just have to find one of these positions, apply for the job and pass the interview to become a police officer! Just make sure you keep this job. You’re going to need it for a little while longer.

Once you’ve successfully become a police officer, you’ll have to save up some money to provide gifts to coworkers. To do this, head into your occupation menu, select coworkers and give a gift to anyone you’d like. It doesn’t matter if they enjoy the present or how expensive it is, but if they dislike it, they may argue with you. They may also refuse the gift and, in extreme cases, report you to HR. Regardless, as long as you give gifts to ten different people, you’ll be set with the first two tasks.

Having Addictions in BitLife

There are multiple different addictions you can get throughout your BitLife adventures. The easiest way to gain these is to say yes to random events involving NPCs asking you to drink alcohol or take drugs. When you don’t encounter these, though, you can repeatedly head to nightclubs through Activities > Nightlife until you gain various addictions. Neither is guaranteed to give you addictions, so you’ll likely have to accept multiple random events offers and visit nightclubs frequently.

Another alternative is visiting the casino or horse races until you pick up a gambling addiction. However, you can easily lose a ton of money by doing this, so be careful!

As you start gaining addictions, make sure you don’t go to rehab right away until you’ve got three at once. This’ll require you to continue going to nightclubs, gambling or saying yes to random events. Once you have the three addictions and complete the other challenge tasks, you’re free to go to rehab, get hypnotized or wait it out.

It is important to note that you must finish the challenge while still having the three addictions. If you go to rehab before completing the other tasks, your progress towards this one will be cleared, and you’ll have to regain the addictions.

Taking Cruises With your Family

Taking your family on cruises will require you to have a partner and children to count toward the challenge. Going on the cruises by yourself won’t work! It also won’t work if you only bring your romantic partner with you, regardless of whether you’re married.

To go on cruises, though, you’ll have to head back into Activities and scroll down until you find Vacation. Pick Cruise, go on each of the three options and say yes to bringing your family along with you. If you’re low on money, you can pick the interior or ocean view to save yourself some money!

Finishing Off Your Supervisor

The last part of this challenge is to take out your supervisor via drive-by. While this method is highly likely to succeed, there is still a chance your supervisor and a random NPC will catch you and call the police. If this happens, you can either restart the app or attempt to run away. If you’re caught and sent to jail, you’ll lose your job and have a hard time getting another one due to your criminal record, so it’s best to avoid this option!
