If you’re looking to change the difficulty in Fire Emblem Engage, you need to know you can only lower the difficulty from your initial settings. If you want to increase the difficulty of the game, you need to start a new game. You can change the difficulty from My Room after Chapter 3.

There are three difficulty options in Fire Emblem engage you can choose from.

  • Normal: For new and intermediate players
  • Hard: For experienced players
  • Maddening: For those who seek a true challenge.

You can select two different game modes at the beginning of the game.
