To change your character’s appearance in Wo Long, you’ll need to speak to Zuo Ci in the Hidden Village. However, before you’re able to meet him, you’ll have to reach a certain point in the main story.

In Part Three of the main story missions, a stage called In Search of the Immortal Wizard will be available. The recommended level for this mission is 25, and the quest will have you fighting your way through Mt. Tianzhushan in search of Zuo Ci. After slaying various deadly foes and staking your Battle Flags throughout the area, you’ll eventually reach Aoye, the final boss of the mission.

Defeat Aoye, and you’ll be sent back to the Hidden Village upon the mission’s completion. Once there, turn directly around to find Zuo Ci sitting in a small building. Speak with him, and you’ll be given the option to change your appearance at no cost.

In addition to changing your character’s appearance, Zuo Ci will offer other services, like Accolade Rewards and Parameter Resetting.
