How Many Pals You Can Have Per Ranch in Palworld?

At a time, you can have a total of four Pals working at your Ranch. However, sometimes the Pals will stop working and go idle or wander elsewhere due to having different Work Suitabilities.

You can see which Pal is working at the Ranch by looking at “Grazing” above their heads. If you assign another Pal to the Ranch by lifting them and throwing them toward the Ranch, one of the other four Pals will stop grazing and wander off somewhere else.
