Honkai: Star Rail’s 1.1 Livestream Banners, Codes, & More

Without any further delays, our first official Special Program

Honkai: Star Rail’s Galactic Roaming Livestream for the North American server may have seen some unexpected technical issues, but players didn’t have to wait long until the Special Program was officially released. The preview has taken some creative liberties by introducing it like a talk show, allowing for the voice actors to explain and deduce the characters, storylines, and events that are upcoming in 1.1. Let’s delve into it ourselves!

Codes From Honkai: Star Rail 1.1 Galatic Roaming Special Program

First and foremost, the most important part of the livestream is the codes that are provided in between introducing characters, events, and what we can expect in 1.1. To save you time so you don’t have to scroll through the video, here’s a list of the codes along with an apology code released by Hoyoverse for the livestream delays.

Character Banners in Honkai: Star Rail 1.1

One of the most important things that any and every player wants to know going into the next patch is who is going to be on the roster. Not only do we have the Five-Star banners, but the Four-Star characters will have increased drop rates alongside them. Not only will this help you figure out which characters you’re going to want to save for, but it’ll also tell you which characters you can finally get from the Four-Star pool and what Eidolons you can expect to level up.

Silver Wolf’s Banner Lineup in the First Half

As expected, Silver Wolf will be running in the first part of 1.1 along with Dan Heng, Serval, and Asta as part of her lineup. Altogether it’s not a bad line-up of Four-Stars, it includes a lot of the freebie characters that we received as part of the story and preregistration rewards.

  • Silver Wolf – Quantum Nihility
  • Dan Heng – Wind Hunt
  • Serval – Lightning Erudition
  • Asta – Fire Harmony

Luocha’s Banner Lineup in the Second Half

While I had figured that Luocha would be in the second part, I didn’t think that our new character Yukong would be during his banner. This banner is actually quite nice, nicer than Silver Wolf, although Dan Heng, my love–. If you missed Pela during Seele’s Banner, you can nab her during Luocha’s Banner. Yukong will also be a valuable asset to your team as a lot of her buffs are quite similar to Tingyun.

  • Luocha – Imaginary Abundance
  • Pela – Ice Nihility
  • Qingque – Quantum Erudition
  • Yukong – Imaginary Harmony

Upcoming Events in Honkai: Star Rail 1.1

Aside from the main story returning to 1.1 and the character event banners, the next most exciting thing about Honkai: Star Rail’s update is all of the events we’ll be able to partake in! And sure enough, we can expect to run into several to keep us busy. It’ll also supplement the funds for Silver Wolf’s and Luocha’s banner come saving time.

Starhunt Game

The first event announced is a mission surrounding Silver Wolf’s trolling around Herta’s Space Station. There are several graffiti art pieces left behind by our troublesome hacker all around Herta’s beloved ship and it’s up to us to get rid of them. No easy task though, as it seems to involve more than just a brush and heavy-duty soap. It’ll involve actually hacking into the art itself to get rid of it. We will also get our first glimpse and introduction to Screwllum, a member of the IPC similar to Herta, and who has had his fair share of encounters with Silver Wolf before.

In addition to the usual rewards of Steller Jades, Level Up Mats, and Credits, it looks like we’ll have an additional fun mechanic when it comes to Silver Wolf’s graffiti art. After collecting all of them from around the station, we can then place them down as stickers and fun photos with them! Almost as good as collecting a trash can helmet.

Everwinter City Museum Ledge of Curiosities

Then we have a Museum Event that will open in Belabog where we can collect items, manage the business and help Pela to bring it back to popularity by making it both interesting to the public and profitable. Not only that but even after the event is over, we’ll be able to still visit it along with all of the items we placed inside and catch up with the characters hired.

Stellar Flare

It looks like this event is your standard battle event where you get buffs and get to wreck shop against enemies you have already gone up against! The stuff you love, broken mechanics, and overpowered characters. But what about if you are a bit behind with your builds? What if your characters aren’t leveled enough? Because man, those Trace Materials are hard to gather, and the drop rate doesn’t look like it’s going to be improving just yet.

Worry not! Ignore my complaining! Because we’ll be able to once again run a Trial with some powerful characters that will help carry us through the battle. Each mode will have its own select character chosen who will benefit the most from the buffs that are in that challenge. You add in your own characters and, with luck and persistence, you’ll be able to nab those rewards with no problem!

Garden of Plenty

I need this. So desperately. During Garden of Plenty, our loving benefactors Hoyoverse have graced us with an event that will increase our drops for the Calyx Golden and Calyx Crimson. This means we can get more Level Up Materials for Character Levels and Character Light Cones as well as increased drop rates for Trace Materials. Oh, this is so necessary. Once you get to a higher level of Equilibrium, it becomes like pulling teeth to get good drop rates for your Trace Materials.

Lab Assistants in Position

In this event, we return to Herta’s Space Station to conduct some research on some of the enemies from the Legion. Working together with one of the researchers, we will be tasked to go and collect enemy materials to help fill out inquiries posed by our little lab assistant. Completing her experiments, we can also learn some pretty interesting lore about the enemies while conducting research on these legion creatures.

Gift of Odyssey

Sometime during 1.1, we’ll also be receiving 10 Free Star Rail Special Passes over the course of a week. So as long as you log in for a total of seven days, then you’ll get Free Warps that you can either save or spend to get either Silver Wolf or Luocha. It isn’t specified at what time these will become available, just an event sometime in 1.1, but hey, I’ll take whatever help I can get.

Companion Missions Upcoming in Honkai: Star Rail 1.1

Along with our events and the story, Honkai: Star Rail will also release new Companion missions, which are Star Rail’s version of Character Story Quests so we’ll get a chance to hang out with that specific character and learn more about their background. The characters that will be receiving Compaion Missions in 1.1 are Silver Wolf, Yanqing, Luocha, and Bailu.

Expected In-Game Updates in Honkai: Star Rail 1.1

To wrap up this summary of the Special Program, Honkai: Star Rail will be bringing a few more updates to the game to better our quality of life as well as introduce some fun features.

Enemy Map Location for Drops

Enemies will now have a trackable icon on the map so that we can teleport to them and hunt them down for materials. Once they are defeated, the map will indicate to the player where the next batch of enemies is with an icon on the screen so you can continue your hunt until the daily supply of enemies run dry.

Random Warp Trotters Enter the Fray

When in battle, you’ll have a chance for a Warp Trotter randomly drop in like it took a wrong left turn in its Portal Maps. Although you won’t be fulfilling the Warp Trotter count on your map, you will get an increase in drops for defeating this rare creature which is always a bonus in my book.

Friend Chat Messaging System Finally Arrives

Screenshot from Honkai: Star Rail YouTube Version 1.1 “Galactic Roaming” Special Program

The last of these updates is that Honkai: Star Rail will officially release a messaging system that you can use to contact your newly made friends in-game. This means we will get to have access to all of those darling icons that we keep seeing in the chat with characters! This may be one of my favorite updates to the game, I’d love to see the roster of icons increase like there is in Genshin Impact.

Players Will Receive a Free Yukong in Version 1.2

The last bit of news revealed in this Special Program is that at some point in the near future in some random event that will happen in 1.2, we will be receiving a free Yukong. It’s a bit of a strange reveal, but you know what? Again, I’ll take it! It helps those who want more Yukong Eidolons or those who don’t want to pull during Luocha’s banner.

After all, there are so many different characters to look forward to in the future. Be sure to check out the characters that we already know are going to run in 1.2 and click on the Honkai: Star Rail tag below the article so you’re never missing out on content going on in this game. As always, Happy Trailblazing!
