Hollow Knight Silksong How to Find 3 Mossberries

One of the first quests you get in Hollow Knight Silksong is to find three Mossberries for the Moss Druid NPC. Completing this quest gets you a neat little defensive charm. Here are the locations of three Mossberries to complete the Berry Picking quest.

How to Start the Mossberry Picking Quest

While exploring the Mosshome region near Bone Bottom, you will eventually run into tough Spider Silk. You’ll gain the ability to break it using a Silk Spear. You’ll hear laughter and find a location near the bottom right leading to the Moss Druid NPC.

Speak to the Moss Druid, and it will give you a quest to find and bring it three Mossberries. Accepting this gives you the Berry Picking quest.

Hollow Knight Silksong All Mossberry Locations

Mossberry #1 Location

The first Mossberry is the easiest to find since you come across it near the start of the game. You probably won’t know what it’s for the first time you find it.

Here’s the location on the map near the start of the game. Just headupwards instead of straight ahead.

Mossberry #2 Location

The second Mossberry is located right under the Moss Druid. Leave the room and head into the chamber below. Instead of taking the exit on the left, head into the wall on the right and you’ll enter a secret room where you can find a fly with a Mossberry. Kill it and claim your second Mossberry.

Mossberry #3 Location

The third Mossberry is quite tricky to get due to how it’s positioned. You can find it in this section of the map on the underside of Mosshome, but right above the Bone Bottom village.

There are no platforms to safely target this fly from, so you’ll have to rely on your pogo skills to hit it with a down attack. However, failing to hit your target means you’ll fall all the way down to the village. Luckily, there’s an elevator on the left side on the platforms above that you should interact with. Now, whenever you head to the left of the village, it will drop down to take you back up.

This means even if you hit the fly and fall, you can still return and try again relatively quickly. Three hits are all you need to take it down, just be patient and you’ll have your third and final Mossberry.

Mossberry Collection Quest Rewards

Once you collect three Mossberries, you can return to the Moss Druid and hand them over. He’ll finish his potion and reward you with the Druid’s Eye charm. This is a defensive charm that lets you recover Silk as you take damage.
