This is a detailed breakdown of the target resolution and frame rate for Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth with multiple presets in mind. The developers recommend 16 GB of VRAM if you’re targeting 4K resolution at the “High” preset, which makes it a fairly demanding experience if you’re aiming for native resolution. An SSD is recommended across the board regardless of the settings used.

Even if you’re looking to play the “low” preset at 1080p with just a 30 FPS target, you’ll need something like an RTX 2060. The specifications sheet doesn’t mention upscaling, which will hopefully help with achieving higher frame rates with minimal quality loss.
