Exoprimal Release Date, Open Beta and Progression Systems Explained

So yeah, Exoprimal is set to release on July 14, 2023. That’s a little ways away, but folks who are excited and/or curious about Exoprimal will be able to participate in an Open Beta test set to run from March 17 to March 19, 2023. The Open Beta will feature ten different exosuits (playable characters), several stages, a few modes and a number of other features. Players who fill out a survey afterwards will get a code for an Aibius Medal Charm item for the final game.

Pre-orders are available now, and there’s a Deluxe Edition that offers some extra stuff. There’s the Head Start kit, which unlocks some stuff for players to use earlier than they would otherwise. The Survival Pass Season 1 will also come with the Deluxe Edition, albeit as a “Limited Time Bonus.” Presumably, that’s because of the nature of the Survival Pass. Three exosuit skins will also be included as a general pre-order bonus.

The Exoprimal Survival Pass is exactly what it sounds like. It’s a typical Battle Pass-style progression system, which allows free and Not Free rewards to encourage continued engagement with the game.

Exoprimal will also require a Capcom ID to play, so if you haven’t already set one of those up, you can do so on the official website.
