Are flasks even worth it now?

If you came from Path of Exile, you may be curious as to why there are only two flasks slots in Path of Exile 2. The most common question asked is can you increase your flask slots and if so, how? Here’s everything you need to know about Flasks in Path of Exile 2.

Can You Get More Flask Slots in Path of Exile 2?

On the lower-left corner of your screen, you’ll see two flask slots. The slot on the left is for your Life Flasks, and the slot on the right is for your Mana Flasks. It is not possible to equip two Life Flasks or Mana Flasks simultaneously as these are fixed flask slots. Now, is it possible to get more flask slots to get more usage? The answer is no.

There is no way to increase your flask slots. If you run out of charges, you must simply eliminate more monsters to gain more charges or use a nearby well to replenish the charges. These wells are randomly found, but you can always go back to the town and use the well there.

There are no more utility flasks in Path of Exile, so the days of using multiple utility flasks like you are a walking pharmacy are gone.

It is an interesting decision to make as these flasks are really detrimental to playing specific builds because it is such a nuisance to rely too much on pressing more buttons for flasks. However, that also means that Flask tabs are quite useless now since they won’t be as useful as they once were.

This direction is a lot better, as the game focuses more on letting you press more than one main skill button for a build. It makes sense that removing the utility flasks will be helpful for players, as it compensates for this new direction.

Only players who have never played the first title won’t experience the power lost from those utility flasks, especially when powered by a Mageblood.
