All Expedition Materials Needed for Each Stage in ARC Raiders

Why escape Speranza?

The projects or expeditions tab might be a little confusing in ARC Raiders. It requires resources to be invested in bulk, which can be challenging to accumulate if you don’t know what to retain.

There’s a ton of expedition materials needed to finish all stages, and you won’t get any compensation for any of these stages. Think of these as a donation to finally getting your raider out of there.

What makes this process even harder is that a lot of these materials are used for a lot of things. If you track several useful crafting recipes, you’ll notice that materials like Steel Springs, Electrical Components, Batteries, Sensors, and many others are high in demand.

Luckily, you don’t have to deposit these materials in one swoop. You can work on donating materials little by little until you reach the last stage.

At stage 6, you’ll still have to wait for seven days before departure and resetting your raider’s progress.

What Happens When You Finish the Expedition in ARC Raiders?

You can think of expeditions as a “prestige” mechanic where you’ll reset most of your progress and start from scratch again. Why would players want to reset? There are two main reasons. First, players get rewards, such as an increased XP gain buff, more Scrappy materials, better repair (since it only repairs every 50 durability), more stash space, and even earn additional bonus skill points based on stash value upon departure. These rewards alone are enticing already for a reset.

Second, players also want to keep things fresh, and resetting progress to limit themselves gives another fresh challenge. Resetting your raider isn’t all that bad.

While almost everything important resets, you still retain your Creds, Raider Tokens, Raider Decks Progress, Leaderboard rankings, Trials, Cosmetics, and event progress. None of these affect gameplay apart from the reward bonuses you get from the expedition.
