Diablo 4: All Altars of Lilith Locations

There are so many Altars of Lilith scattered around the world. But many of them require you beat a Stronghold, complete part of the campaign, or enter PvP areas to grab. Click on the maps to open a new tab for a larger image and navigate to any region you need using our table of contents below.

Diablo 4: All Altars of Lilith in the Fractured Peaks

The starting area of the game, it’s here that we’re introduced to our first Altar of Lilith just out of our prologue. There are only 28 Altars to be found in this area, two of which are in Strongholds.

Diablo 4: All Altar of Lilith Locations in Scosglen

Scosglen is the largest region in Sanctuary, dominating the entire northern part. Because of that, it can be quite difficult to find all 34. You’ll need to conquer some Strongholds, at least in part, to grab them all. But no campaign progress is necessary.

Diablo 4: All Altar of Lilith Locations in the Dry Steppes

The Dry Steppes is the middle region of Sanctuary on the left side of the map, which can make it confusing to Altar hunt. The region Ked Bardu makes up its northern border and the Fields of Hatred its Southern Border. A mountain range to the west separates it from the Fractured Peaks, which will make it easier to hunt the Altars. These are some of the most accessible Altars on the map, with most being obvious. There are 33 to get.

Diablo 4: All Altars of Lilith Locations in Kehjistan

The southern part of Sanctuary has many areas that are blocked off by the campaign, and that’s true for Kehjistan in the southeast, too. I recommend you finish that before trying to grab all of these Altars. Also, there are three Altars located in the Fields of Hatred, the PvP area of Diablo, and 31 Altars in the area in total.

Diablo 4: All Altars of Lilith Locations in Hawezar

There are 34 total in Hawezar. To grab each and every one, you’ll need complete part of the campaign (Act 4). Once you’ve unlocked this area, you’ll find that many of these Altars are very well hidden, often behind trees. The best way to find them in this campaign area is to look for the subtle trails and breaks in the grass.
