Earlier this week, Star Wars Squadrons leaked early and instead of backtracking, EA is adding onto the hype saying that an official reveal is coming up next week for those excited to see more.

We first learned about Star Wars Squadrons when a "Pilots Wanted" image went viral alongside a link to pre-order the game. Though the link itself didn't really go anywhere special, it was a big enough leak not to be shoved into the rumor pile. While the original leak is no longer available, we do have an official confirmation that a reveal is on the way and it's coming up super quick!

The official Star Wars Squadron reveal is set for June 15 at 8 AM PT and we've got a placeholder video with the image leaked to get fans hyped while waiting to see more of a galaxy far, far away:

Unfortunately, we don't know any real details about what the new Star Wars adventure will entail, but with the different fighters in their dramatic standoff imagery, it certainly looks like it will be a racing game. While that may seem obvious, it's important that we here at Prima Games don't represent anything as facts until 100% confirmed by the studio. At this point in time, all we have is a teaser image and our excitement.
