Rockstar Games Unveils Special and Collector’s Editions of Grand Theft Auto V

The Grand Theft Auto V hype train continues to roll on today, as Rockstar Games has unveiled not one, but two new editions of the game that will be unleashed later this year for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
First up is the Special Edition, which will come packed with a copy of the game, along with a collectible Steelbook with exclusive artwork, a blueprint map, a special ability boost (with 25 percent increase), a Stunt Plane Trials mode, bonus outfits and tattoos, and additional weapons, including the Pistol .50, the Bullpup Shotgun and the melee Hammer.
Those who go the extra mile can go after the special Collector’s Edition of the game, which includes the above content plus a security deposit bag with a logo key (sitting at 10.75″ by 8.5″), a New Era 9FIFTY snapback cap, custom characters for Grand Theft Auto Online, and unique vehicles and garage property for the single player mode.
The Special Edition will run you $79.99, while the Collector’s Edition goes for $149.99.
Grand Theft Auto V is slated to arrive for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on September 17th.
