At long last, Resident Evil 8: Village has been revealed after numerous leaks and rumors have led up to this moment. Sony revealed the next step for the Resident Evil franchise with a haunting new trailer that showed off new and familiar faces, with a much darker twist.
Our first look at the next step for the Resident Evil franchise shares the tone of the journey and how players will be taking on the role of Ethan Winters. The new trailer opened up in a snowy wasteland plagued by werewolves and shared a sneak peek at the many characters players will encounter.
The PS5 reveal also shared that we have another returning face making a comeback: Chris Redfield. Redfield has been a star throughout Resident Evil history, so seeing him once more is a special treat for long-time fans.
