This month brings some great holiday tidings from Electronic Arts and Criterion Games, as the teams have announced a new downloadable content pack for their open world racing game Need For Speed: Most Wanted. The pack will introduce a variety of new events to take on – 25 in all – along with a collection of new vehicles, including the Pagani Zonda R, the McLaren F1LM, the Lamborghini Aventador J and the Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse.
It wouldn’t amount to much if you didn’t have a new rival to take on. You’re getting one, in the form of a relentlessly-handling Hennessey Venom GT Spyder. If you can take it down, it’s all yours for the taking. That’s right, be a Grinch.
The Ultimate Speed Pack (as it’s being called) will be available through Xbox Live, PlayStation Network and Origin starting December 18th, and will set you back $9.99 (800 Microsoft points). That’s a small price to pay for some kick-ass rides, yes?
