After having a successful run on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC, Criterion Games’ latest game Need For Speed: Most Wanted is getting a turn on the Wii U. Electronic Arts has released the game in stores today for $59.99.
In Most Wanted you’ll be able to experience a number of great features alongside the intense racing action. The Ultimate Speed Pack is included in-game, with five additional cars to put the local police to shame. There’s also a new Co-Driver mode where a second player can join in with a Wii Remote or Wii U Pro Controller and help you out by interacting with a real-time map, distracting the cops, controlling traffic and changing the time of day. The GamePad touchscreen can be used to switch between cars or for “Off-TV Play.”
We’ll get a chance to check out Most Wanted this weekend at PAX East (check out our Nintendo-in-attendance story) and bring you some tips in a forthcoming article. Meanwhile, do you feel the need for speed? You should…
