Grand Theft Auto 5 will take over the New York Film Festival, which kicks off September 27th and runs through October 13th.
Rockstar Games announced a pair of events and a live concert to celebrate its arrival.
“Visit Los Santos and Blaine County: The World of Grand Theft Auto 5” will feature Rockstar developers talking about the vast world they put together for the game, moderated by Revision3’s Adam Sessler. This panel will take place from 3:30-4:30 PM EDT on September 29th.
“Live From Los Santos: The Music of Grand Theft Auto 5” will focus on the game’s original score and composers, who will perform selections from the score alongside visuals from the game. This takes place on Monday, September 30th, at 9:00 PM EDT, with tickets going for $40 – or $125, if you want to go to the after-party. You can get tickets here.
Finally, “NYFF Live: The Music of Grand Theft Auto 5” will feature a number of artists talking about the score from the series. This panel will be free, hosted by Pitchfork Media’s Ryan Schreiber, and will take place on October 1st at 8 PM EDT, at the Runin Munroe Film Center Ampitheater.
