This is also the same day that the free DLC The Isle of Bigsnax will be available for players to download and enjoy. The game retails for $24.99 and is currently on sale for 20% off. Bugsnax takes roughly seven hours to complete and an additional 3-4 hours if you add the new Isle of Bigsnax DLC.

If you haven’t checked out Bugsnax yet now is a great time as the new update also brings a whole new island to explore, player housing with customization, and the ability to put little hats on the very cute Bugsnax. The DLC is free for all versions of the game regardless if you’re buying it on one of the newly announced platforms or already own it on PC and PlayStation.

Iam8Bit is also releasing a collectible vinyl of the soundtrack. A two-disc LP with 25 tracks from composer Seth Parker. No additional information on release have been announced at this time.

If you’re new to Bugsnax and have no idea what we’re talking about. It’s a game about collecting food-themed bugs all over Snaktooth island. It’s a charming adventure and you can read our review of the game to learn more.
