To knock out some concerns right away, don’t worry; you won’t have to venture into any late-game areas to find this flower. Instead, the green rising penstemon appears exclusively in the Peaceful Meadow, alongside purple penstemons and different daisy varieties. You can enter this area shortly after entering the Plaza and descending the nearby staircase connecting the two regions. While you are not guaranteed to find it each time you visit, it is one of five flowers that have a chance of growing in this area. It is also the only green flower that appears in the Meadow.

If you’re not finding many green rising penstemons, there may be a few causes. In the case of bad luck, you can pick up every flower in the Peaceful Meadow and wait for them to regrow. By doing this, there’s a chance a green penstemon will appear among the others. However, if you have a lot of furniture placed down, this can block your view of some flowers, so be sure to look carefully!
