It’s nearly time for another massive Marvel Rivals update, and this one is bringing perhaps one of the most popular and highly anticipated heroes to the game. Season 6 will officially introduce Deadpool, so if you’re eager to test him out, you’ll need to know when it’s launching.
We see new updates for Marvel Rivals fairly often, but it’s the big seasonal updates that are by far the most exciting, as they come with a new playable character and loads of other surprises. You’ll want to dive in as soon as possible, so here’s the exact time and date when season 6 of Marvel Rivals begins.
When is Marvel Rivals Season 6?
Season 6 of Marvel Rivals is officially slated to begin on Jan. 16. A precise launch time hasn’t been shared, and usually isn’t ahead of release, but all recent past updates have gone live at the same time, which is 3am CT, so we can expect that this one will, too.
It’s always possible that unexpected issues could delay the launch time, but so far, every season has gone live at precisely the planned time. Season 6 of Marvel Rivals will last for one full month, at which point season 6.6 will take over. Overall, the entire duration of season 6 is two months, but the first and second halves of each season are generally viewed separately, so it depends on how you look at it. Season 6.6 should begin sometime around Feb. 16.
When Will Deadpool Be Released in Marvel Rivals?
Deadpool will officially debut with the launch of season 6 on Jan. 16. He’s the launch hero for this season, so he’ll be available to play as soon as the season is up and ready to go. The season 6.6 hero who will be launching a month after him is Elsa Bloodstone.
