With Grand Theft Auto V, fans can jump into Los Santos’ criminal world. If you picked up the Special or Collector’s Edition of the game, you’re in for a surprise.

Both of those versions come with a full map of Los Santos. Interestingly enough, IGN went over the map with a UV light and managed to find a number of secret messages.

For instance, if you look around long enough, you’ll see possible references to an alien invasion, including hints about a Lazer aircraft. You’ll also find a Minisub if you’re sharp enough, as well as Nuclear Waste barrels that you can turn in for money – provided you don’t make yourself sick first.

You can learn more about these secrets here, or better yet, grab a UV light and look over the map.

Grand Theft Auto V is available now for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
