How to Unlock Polymer in Palworld

Polymer can be unlocked by reaching level 33 and spending Technology Points for it in the Technology menu. Points can be earned by leveling up and by activating fast travel points around the map for the first time.

Players will also need a Production Assembly Line to create Polymer. The station can be unlocked at level 28 from the Technology menu and it is built with 100 Ingots, 50 Wood, 20 Nails, and 10 Cement.

How to Get Polymer in Palworld

Polymer can be crafted in Palworld at the Production Assembly Line with two High Quality Pal Oil. The Production Assembly Line will also require one Pal with the Handiwork trait for the crafting to begin. At least one is required, though multiple would be more than ideal to decrease the crafting time.

Players can receive High Quality Pal Oil from a variety of sources. It can drop from some of the giant Pals that roam the environment including Digtoise, Mammonrest, and Wumpo. It can also drop from defeated human enemies or received by opening chests.

A more guaranteed method for High Quality Pal Oil is to visit the various Merchants and buy the material for 300 gold each. Not every Merchant has the same kind of wares, but be sure to make a label of the Merchant’s location on your map to get back to the vendor later.

Polymer is used for mainly weapons including the Assault Rifle, Double-barreled Shotgun, Pump-action Shotgun, and Single-shot Rifle. It can also be used to make other resources like Circuit Boards.
