Do you think it tastes bitter or dusty?

Pomegranites can be found only on Ember Island, one of the two that you can unlock in Slime Rancher 2 by way of feeding Gordo’s till they pop out a path to a teleport. As if it were the staple region variety of Ember Island, this fruit can be found just about anywhere once you advance your paths around the caves and higher levels of the map. Keep reading to find out exactly where you can find pomegranite in Slime Rancher 2.

Where to Find Pomegranite in Slime Rancher 2

Location One – Within the Caves

One of the easiest places to find Pomegranites when you are first starting out and adventuring around Ember Island is going to be the caves to the North of the island. This can be found by either hopping over a particular rock in the latter half of the first main area of Ember Island. There is another path, but this one I found far easier to navigate when going through the caves. Following the path, you will come across a few wider areas that open up into larger spaces. You might think, heck, I do not see any fruits here. This is where that Jetpack is going to come in handy because all of the Pomegranite Trees are going to be hanging from the stalactites of the cave.

In the southwest cave, the Pomegranite Trees can actually only be found until the Rock Gorgo there is appeased. Bringing Veggies, especially Heart Beets, to gain access to a Water Spout that will give you momentum to achieve the top level where you will be able to find around three Pomegranite Trees to pillage.

Location Two – Along the Cliff

Although there are many pathways in Slime Rancher 2 that you can follow, after unlocking the true potential of the Jetpack, I consider these a guideline. What fun is a videogame if you cannot break past a few cliff sides in order to get to the other side? The Northern area of Ember Island can be a little difficult to navigate and get to when you have to figure out which Water Spout to take to achieve that. However, a quick scale over certain hilltops can get you to an overhanging level above the Springs Section that have multiple areas for both Pomegranites and Primordial Oil.

Location Three – Near The Lava Falls

The next area to tackle when gathering Pomegranites are going to be in the Lava Falls area. This is where you will find a majority of the Lava, Flame, and Crystal Slimes, the combination of these can be quite dangerous so be sure that you have updated Dash Boots and plenty of Health. The best way to get to this area is either is by the caves that have multiple entry points and following the paths to the other side. You are definitely going to need the map for this area in particular because of its winding similarities. The first of these trees can actually be found in the caves. Following the paths up to the highest point of the cave will lead you to the Pomegranite Tree; or using the southmost entrance will lead you to the first standing Pomegranite Tree.

The next few trees can actually be found out in the few grassy patches located on the west side of the Lava Falls. While the caves will lead you to a small Oasis-like area, the Pomegranite Trees will be further North towards the waters where you will be able to find them overhanging in a rather precarious spot. Be sure that there are not any Slimes that like to roll into you or else it is an easy side-step into the waters where you are sure to lose your items.
