How to Finish An Armor in the Water Quest in Nice Day for Fishing
When you go west into the forest, you’ll eventually see a guard who’ll give you a quest to look for the Rusty Breastplate. But it is for the guard, and he is going to give you some awesome sandals so you can finally jump a little higher and get over the platform in the forest and in other areas.
To get the Rusty Breastplate, go to the Lake of Honeywood. Go closer to the island with the goblin who got Greg. You can check the map above for the exact spot.
Switch your fishing bait into the magnet, given to you in a previous quest.
Fish near the island with the goblin, and you’ll see the Rusty Breastplate in one of the corners of the lake. Don’t go to the greater depths; it’s just by the shallow waters.
Because the Rusty Breastplate is so small, it’ll probably take you a few tries to find the exact spot to fish it.
Once you have the Rusty Breastplate, go back to the guard, and he should give you the sandals. You can now freely explore the far west of the island with the goblin and the forest to the east of the town of Honeywood.
You can try to farm for more gold and levels by fishing more in the greater depths of Lake Honeywood. You can get an upgraded Fishing Rod before adventuring into other areas. Since you are a bit underleveled when you rush through the main quests, you can take a few minutes to fish first before proceeding.
