There are many secrets to unravel in Elden Ring and all kinds of strange things to discover in the game. D’s brother is one such mystery. D, The Hunter of the Dead, is an NPC that players will meet in the Roundtable Hold. It is possible to get D’s armor, but it can be more useful than just protecting you from enemies.
D also has a brother, and if you can find where he slumbers, maybe you can save him. D’s brother can be found in Nokron, Eternal City, in the Siofra Aqueduct section. Nokron will open up when the star falls after beating Starscourge Radahn. You can find D’s brother asleep near a ledge just before the Valiant Gargoyles fight.
He will not respond to you at all unless you have D’s armor. If you do have it, you will have the option of giving the armor to D’s brother. Whether you do this or not is up to you. If you do, it will impact Fia’s story quest and also open up the chance to get the Inseperable Greatsword from her quest.
The route to D is actually pretty straightforward, as most of the areas just have a single route through them. When you get to the Hollowhorn grounds, you just need to run up the slope at the side of the area, past all the Jellyfish and drop down onto the stone ledge. This will bring you to Siofra Aqueduct, and from there, you just keep to the right side of that region.
