The most convenient place to buy Digipicks in Starfield is Jemison Mercantile. This store can be found by landing at the New Atlantis spaceport, heading through the security checkpoint, and slightly to the left, where you may see the big JM sign. Speak to Amoli inside and ask to see what she has for sale, and scroll down to the Misc tab. There, you’ll find Digipicks on sale for 31 Credits a pop.

If you want that extra bit of safety, though, you should simply buy some whenever you go by New Atlantis or Neon. Sitting there resetting the shops 12 times is going to get tiresome fast.
