It’s always exciting in my household whenever a new Story of Seasons is on the way. I’m a moderate fan but my wife is an absolute sicko, so we’ve pre-ordered these bad boys a few times despite generally knowing better. Usually, it’s for a very specific reason, and that reason tends to be soft, squishy, and adorable. I’m talking about plushies, of course. Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life is coming out this summer, and once again there’s a Premium Edition available for a little extra cost. Here’s what comes with it.
What Comes in the Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life Premium Edition?
So to recap, Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life is set to arrive on June 27, 2023. That’ll be for consoles and PC, on all the platforms you’d expect. Well, except for the PlayStation 4. Anyway, this is a full retail game so you can get a boxed copy at a story for the usual $49.99. Even for the PlayStation 5 version! But regardless of your platform, kicking in an extra ten bucks nets you the Premium Edition.

The Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life Premium Edition comes with two bonus goodies. The first is a little goat plush, which falls in line with a Story of Seasons launch. Sometimes you get a cow, sometimes you get a different animal, this time you get a goat. The animals in this series are truly adorable. And that’s thanks in part to series illustrator Igusa Matsuyama. And speaking of, the Premium Edition also comes with a cloth poster featuring original artwork created by Matsuyama for this release.
If you’re in North America, that’s all you can get for now unless the digital versions end up having extras too. If you’re in Europe, Marvelous has a different Limited Edition on offer, which includes the same poster but drops the plushie in favor of a themed notebook and some stickers. I have a feeling we got the better deal, but that could be my wife’s influence speaking. She wants that damn goat.
