Town Center Dead Drop DMZ Location Explained

On the edge of town.

With the reset to the Faction Missions in Season 4 of the Call of Duty DMZ, Operators need to start backtracking to old dead drops for more reputation. The Town Center Dead Drop is one of the objectives given to players at the Forward Operating Base, and I will cover exactly where you can find the container in my guide. Here’s where to find the Town Center Dead Drop in Call of Duty DMZ.

Where to Find the Town Center Dead Drop in DMZ

You can find the Town Center Dead Drop on Ashika Island to the east of the Town Center gas station. The container is located outside a small building in the north of the E5 section of the grid. E5 is also where the gas station is located, so finding the small building should be a walk in the park.

The Town Center POI itself is located in the northwestern section of Ashika Island. If you look at the tip of the island, you will find Oganikku Farms. You can find the center to the south of the farms POI. Once you find the Town Center Dead Drop in DMZ, this part of your Faction Mission progress is over.

That doesn’t mean there is no reason to come back to the container in the future. With the change to the DMZ in Season 4, there are plenty of fresh mechanics like the Wallet that encourage the use of the containers. In the past, all they did was reduce the insured weapon cooldowns.

At this point, you can take any cash you earn and place it into the Dead Drop containers to retain what you have. For once, there is a reason to horde cash, and I will definitely be keeping as much money as I can when I raid through places like Ashika Island.
