A large part of your time in The Precinct revolves around spotting and responding to crimes. There’s a wide variety of them, and the game features a fairly in-depth system for flagging offenses, adding charges, and ensuring you follow proper protocol for each specific case.

The game rewards you for following protocol and adding the correct offenses to a suspect’s rap sheet. After fining and arresting enough criminals, you’ll know the appropriate approach like the back of your hand.
However, with such a long list of crimes, it can get tedious to open the in-game handbook every time. Here’s a complete list of every crime you can spot in The Precinct, along with the correct response for each.

Other Crimes in The Precinct
Apart from your standard crimes, there are a few instances where a suspect might have a prior, or they could go on a crime spree.
- Crime spree: The callout panel will automatically update to reflect the most serious crime committed during the spree.
- Historical crime (Prior): If, during an ID check, the suspect has an existing arrest warrant, your job is to restrain them, perform a search, and then arrest them.
I recommend always doing the “additional actions” to get the additional XP. Similarly, if you add an incorrect offense, you will be penalized through a deduction of XP.
These are all the crimes you will have to address in The Precinct, and knowing what to do during one can be the deciding factor of how much XP you receive after resolving it.
