The Year 8 Season 3 manhunt in The Division 2 for the unknown target enters its eighth week with another three challenges and an important target to take down. Here are the Y8S3 Scout 8 High-Value Target Manhunt solutions in The Division 2.
The Division 2 Y8S3 Scout 8 HVT Manhunt Riddle 1 Solution
The prompt for the first activity is “The Flensed is broadcasting propaganda to rile up his fellow Outcasts.”
The solution for the prompt is to complete two Outcast Propaganda Broadcast activities. The Propaganda Broadcast is an open world activity marked by a megaphone symbol on the map and consists of surviving small waves of enemies. The two activities can be completed in any region, so long as they are under Outcast control.
The Division 2 Y8S3 Scout 8 HVT Manhunt Riddle 2 Solution
The hint for the second activity is “Sightings of the Flensed have been reported near the Haunted House.”
The answer to the second riddle is to take over the Haunted House control point. The Haunted House control point is located in the Constitution Hall region and can be completed on any Global Difficulty. You will have to reset all control points if this one is already completed.
The Division 2 Y8S3 Scout 8 HVT Manhunt Riddle 3 Solution
The hint for the third activity is “We’ve identified the Flensed. Take him out.”
The solution to the third activity is to complete the Flensed bounty. Go to the Bounties tab on the map screen and select the list of bounties from the Constitution Hall region. The bounty is called Flensed and is set to Challenging difficulty. It can be easily completed solo with a good build.
