The prompt for the first activity is “Take out the True Sons before they derail the uprising.”
The solution for the prompt is to eliminate 25 True Sons enemies. The True Sons are a specific faction in the game, while every activity and mission will tell which faction you will face in it. The quickest option is to start a main mission with True Sons enemies in it, such as the Capitol Building or Lincoln Memorial missions.

The hint for the second activity is “Rescue the captured True Sons defectors.”
The answer to the second riddle is to complete a Public Execution activity. The activity involves saving two hostages from two waves of enemies. This can be in any region against any faction. There is usually one to the right of the Tidal Basin Stronghold in the southern section of the map.

The hint for the third activity is “The informant has been identified as Lieutenant Colonel…Kernel.”
The solution to the third activity is to complete the Lonely Hearts Militia bounty. Go to the Bounties tab on the map screen and select the list of bounties from the East Mall region. The bounty is called Lonely Hearts Militia and is set at Hard difficulty. It can be easily completed solo with an optimized build.
