The prompt for the first activity is “A supply drop in East Mall will provide additional equipment to support the uprising.”
The solution for the prompt is to complete a Supply Drop activity in the East Mall region. The activity is marked on the map with a green icon of a box attached to a parachute. The activity requires you to open three chests before enemy reinforcements do. You may have to liberate all control points in the region for the activity to appear randomly.

The hint for the second activity is “Interrupt enemy supply chains.”
The answer to the second riddle is to complete an Elite Resource Convoy activity. This is an open world activity where a group of enemies carry supplies while traveling and is indicated on the map by a roaming chest icon. Continually complete other open world activities to raise your Alert Level and increase the chance for Elite Resource Convoys to spawn.
The Division 2 Y7S3 Scout 11 Manhunt Riddle 3 Solution
The hint for the third activity is “Control Points in East Mall will need gear for the uprising to be a success.”
The solution to the third activity is to donate 150 resources to control points in East Mall. The control points available in East Mall include: Metro Ruins, Sinkhole, Solar Farm, and Crash Site. Find the Control Point Officer marked at a reclaimed control point until 150 units of food, water, or components have been donated in total.
