The Year 7 Season 1 manhunt in The Division 2 adds a new mechanic called the High-Value Target, where players only need to complete weeks with the HVT to access the Final Climax Mission at the end of the season. Here are the Y7S1 Scout 8 High-Value Target manhunt solutions in The Division 2.

The Division 2 Y7S1 Scout 8 HVT Manhunt Riddle 1 Solution

The prompt for the first activity is “Hanford might be hiding at an outpost in East Mall.”

The solution for the prompt is to take over and defend one True Sons control point in the East Mall region. There are two control points in the East Mall with the True Sons faction: Solar Farm and Crash Site. Pick any one not already completed or reset your control points beforehand to complete the riddle.

The Division 2 Y7S1 Scout 8 HVT Manhunt Riddle 2 Solution

The hint for the second activity is “Lieutenant Hanford was sighted on his way to the Capitol Building. That’s the next stop.”

The answer to the second riddle is to complete the Capitol Building mission on any difficulty. The mission is located on the eastern side of the Washington D.C. map in the East Mall region. You can set the difficulty to Normal to quickly finish it.

The Division 2 Y7S1 Scout 8 HVT Manhunt Riddle 3 Solution

The hint for the third activity is “We’ve put a bounty on Lieutenant Hanford. Find him in East Mall.”

The solution to the third activity is to complete the Hanford’s Hounds bounty. Go to the Bounties tab on the map screen and select the list of bounties from the East Mall region. Hanford’s Hounds will be at the top of the list. It is a Hard difficulty bounty and can be completed solo with an optimized build.
