Tera Eevee Raid Event Guide for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet

I'm slowly amassing an army of Eevees and soon not even Arceus will be able to stop us

With one week since Pokemon Scarlet and Violet’s release and record sales across the board, it only makes sense that we celebrate with the Paldea Region’s first event!

From November 25 to November 28, Pokemon Scarlet and Violet will have an Eevee Spotlight. That means that this Evolution Pokemon will be appearing more frequently in Tera Raid Battles. One of the benefits of this is that the Eevees you encounter will have a variety of Tera Types, which is fantastic for those who want to optimize their team.

If you’re not seeing the specific Tera Raids on the map, here’s what you need to do.

How to Join Eevee Tera Raids in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet

From your menu, head to the Poke Portal. Next, click Mystery Gifts. You’ll see four options, but what we’re interested in is Check Poke Portal News. Click that, and you’ll be connected to the internet. Once you’re connected, the latest event will be downloaded into the game, though you’ll get no other notification.

Once that’s done, check your map. You should see Tera Raid points scattered across it, but now there will be Tera Raid points that sparkle and glow. These are Raids that contain Eevee. They even look different in person, as they’re bathed in an intense, iridescent light.

Head inside to catch your Eevee, either with friends or AI bots. As for what Tera type is best for Eevee, it really depends on what you intend to evolve it into. If you go for Umbreon, you might want to pick Steel to double down on Umbreon’s tanky stats and let it resist Fairy. Or you could double down on stats and pick a Fire Tera Type Flareon, to get that extra damage boost.

The world is your Eevee oyster in this event, Trainer, and the only limit is your creativity and strategic thinking!

Good luck raiding!
