How to Fix ‘Launching Experience Bug’ in Roblox

The particular message appears when a player is trying to launch the game. The screen will show a popup window that reads ‘An error occurred trying to launch the experience. Please try again later’.

There are two main fixes you can try so you can start playing the game:

  • Check Roblox Server Status

A very possible reason for this error is that the Roblox Servers are down. Check the servers by visiting the Roblox server page. If the servers are down, all you can do is wait for them to start working again.

If everything is all okay with the servers, proceed with the following:

  • Check Internet Connection

This message can appear if your internet connection is not working correctly. A quick fix is to restart your router. Once the router is back up, check if the internet is working without any interruption or if it is just slow. Contact your internet service provider for more details if it doesn’t resolve the issue.

If you are playing Roblox on a mobile device, look for a Roblox update or reinstall the game completely.

You can always try to load the game later if nothing is working. The issue could be on the other side and you can’t do anything about it.
