Once you’ve completed the Renna fight in Raya, you will be offered the ability to change your build at any given point by returning to her with a Larval Tear.
Not only can you respec your build, but you can also change your character’s name as well. It’s a full rebirth. Getting to this point in the game will take quite a few hours and you’ll need to have completed Stormveil Castle prior to this to gain entry in Raya Lucaria.
