Sure, it’s one thing to crack into Red Dead Redemption 2 on your own, but they do say that everything’s better with mates. Luckily, that’s where the Online multiplayer version of the title comes in. Tired of being Arthur Morgan? That’s totally fine; kick back and get up to all sorts of mischief with your pals in Red Dead Online. However, you’re probably not going to totally be able to escape the gameplay loop – there’ll still be daily challenges to do. Red Dead Redemption 2 Online Bay Bolete Location Guide

As mentioned, when you crack into Red Dead Online, you’re going to be faced with things called daily challenges. As you can expect with every other games as a service title, they’re there to keep you looped into the ecosystem of the title and to keep you coming back thanks to rewards. 

One such daily challenge will be to find Bay Bolete. Now, it’s actually pretty plentiful, but it makes your job easier if you go looking in the following areas:

  • Caliban’s Seat
  • Tall Trees

You’re going to want to keep your eye out for mushrooms which are clustered together in little groups, all bearing either an orange or a brown cap. You can find these often amongst a bunch of trees, and if you want to get really up close and personal with it, tree stumps that are decaying. If you’re not required to turn in this particular plant for a challenge, it’s pretty handy to actually help you get a leg up in the health department if you’ve been gallivanting around and you’re injured. You can use this to top up your Health Core, or you could craft bait with it to lure in some docile, plant-eating creatures.
