Firstly, players must locate a Pokemon outbreak. Outbreaks can be found by checking your map and looking for a red flashing icon next to a Pokemon.

After killing 60 outbreak Pokemon, simply pop down a Picnic table while inside of the outbreak. This will reset all of the currently spawned Pokemon.

Once you exit the Picnic, a new group of different outbreak Pokemon will have spawned. These will be completely different Pokemon.

If you haven’t caught on already, this technique will allow you to keep re-spawning new Pokemon without killing them. This means that your outbreak will never end.

Simply keep checking the spawned outbreak Pokemon and placing a Picnic table down until a shiny shows up!
