Like a lot of Legendaries, you can get the Nothingness Borderlands 3 Legendary from essentially any loot source in the world but if you want to make your farming more efficient, the Nothingness has an increased drop rate from Gmork in the Cankerwood on Xylourgas. You’re going to want to camp out there until you get the shotgun to drop, so happy farming!
