LawBreakers – How to Play Titan

Learn more about the Titan role in LawBreakers.
This article is over 7 years old and may contain outdated information

If you’re looking for a powerhouse hero, then the Titan is definitely the way to go. This beefy hero has 500 HP, which will allow you to take a lot of hits from the enemy. The biggest drawback here, though, is the fact that this hero is rather slow, so you’ll need that extra health if you want to survive long enough to get in close. In this article we’ll break down everything you need to know about the Titan class in LawBreakers, including the Titan abilities and strengths.

How to Play the Titan

The Titan’s primary weapon is a beast for dealing damage to enemies, and if you enjoy splash damage and shooting down enemies with a rocket launcher, then you’re going to feel right at home. Alternatively, you can also make use of the Titan’s alternate fire to detonate rockets in mid-air, allowing you to time your shots and take out enemies even as they move around.

For close quarters combat, the massive rocket launcher that the Titan carries around isn’t going to help you out much. Instead, you’ll want to make use of the Crisper, a small lightning gun that deals damage to multiple enemies at once. It’s a great weapon to use in CQC battles, and when combined with the splash damage of the Hammerhead Launcher, it can be a deadly combo.

As for abilities, the Titan is setup with a couple of nice abilities, and you’ll have three options available to use in your battle. First is Pulverize, a charged leap that deals electrical and impact damage. It’s a nice move that can be really handy for dealing with large groups of enemies, though it will put you in the middle of your foes, so be ready with your Crisper.

Next is the Neutron Mine. This proximity-based mine slows down your enemies and is ideal for keeping them in place while you line up a shot with your rocket launcher, as it allows you all the time you need to aim and pull off a perfect hit. Finally, the Berserk ability allows you to shoot lightning from Titan’s hands, which will deal more damage than the Crisper sidearm, and even buff your health a bit.

The Titan is very much a damage taker. You want to be in front your allies as much as possible, taking the brunt of the heat that comes your way. You have 500HP to work with, so make the most of it and keep your teammates safe. As with any class, your success with the Titan is all based upon how you use its abilities to further your team’s gains.
