To access this, head to the EA Help site, go to your game’s official page and click the small “Server Status” button in the corner of the screen. You’ll find information for when the game was updated on which devices, which can narrow down if it’s a game-specific problem. Alternatively, you can also check EA Help’s official Twitter to find out more updates regarding server status and navigate EA Help’s resources.

Another method is to use Downdetector, a popular site to check real-time server outages for services like YouTube, Gmail, Twitter, and other platforms. Among these is EA’s status, which Downdetector tracks in real-time and tells us information such as the most reported problems, outages in the last 24 hours, and user comments.
