Remnant 2 players can unlock the Warden Archetype by getting the Weathered Mechanism item in N’Erud while playing through The Dark Horizon DLC. The DLC is exclusive to the add-on and is required to unlock the new class.

Once players reach the Withered Necropolis area, or Waylaid Conservatory checkpoint, there will be a pit near a friendly NPC at the beginning of the area. Take the glider down into the pit, but make a right instead of gliding down to the platform.

Ignore the platforms on either side of the narrow passageway and aim for the opening by lowering down further. Take a sharp right after the opening and hug the cliffside. There will be two updrafts to keep you afloat and a small lit opening on the right, which is where you should land.

Dispose of the enemies and take the left passageway across a bridge. Defeat the tougher ball enemy and go down the ramp to find the Weathered Mechanism on the wall.

Fast travel back to Ward 13 and visit Wallace up on the crane to craft the Command Module engram, which allows you to equip the Warden Archetype as either the primary or sub class. The class offers a drone that can attack, heal, or provide shields during combat. Its Archetype Trait is Barrier, which increases the amount of shield as it levels up.
