This might be the most difficult endeavor out of all three of the fellowship members, due to the slow firing rate and lack of AoE damage on Keitha Muort. You may be wondering what every Archer needs in order to hit their mark. Poncle was kind enough to leave the materials for this evolution on Lake Foscari for us. Archer needs a good pair of gloves and a good luck charm. So, in more technical terms:
- Have Flash Arrow at max level
- Have Bracer at max level
- Have Clover at max level
Once you have all that, run into a Treasure Chest and enjoy the show. The first chest should yield the evolution in most cases.
