How To Unlock a Lancer for Free in FragPunk

FragPunk is a brand new hero shooter from Bad Guitar Studios that mixes up the genre by introducing Shard Cards which add random modifiers to every round. Unlike Marvel Rivals and Overwatch 2, the roster of FragPunk needs to be unlocked, and it’s quite the grind.
Thankfully, if you have your eye on a specific Lancer, here is how you can unlock one for free during the early days of your FragPunk journey.
Unlock a Lancer for Free in FragPunk
Like other live-service titles, FragPunk has daily login rewards which can be anything from currency, skins, or a Lancer Statue, which players can use to unlock a Lancer for free. For newcomers, this is the Day 2 reward, so make sure you log in for two consecutive days to obtain the Lancer Statue.
Since navigating the menus of FragPunk is a nightmare, here is the path to the Login Rewards tab.
- From the main screen, select the Events tile on the right
- After that, select the “Hot Events” tab and you’ll see “Login Rewards” at the bottom
On day two, you’ll receive the Lancer Statue, which you can then use in the Lancers screen in the Arsenal tab to unlock any locked Lancer.

Lancer Price in FragPunk
Lancers can be unlocked in FragPunk for 18,888 Gold or 488 FragPunk Coins.
Broker, Nitro, Hollowpoint, Jaguar, and Pathogen are the default Lancers and are unlocked from the start.
Since this is a newcomer reward, we expect the daily rewards to initiate when someone starts their FragPunk career. This way, everyone has an early chance to unlock a Lancer they’re eying without having to pay for the premium currency or spend time grinding away till they make 18K Gold.
