How to Process Zonaite in Tears of The Kingdom

It's a lot to process.

Zonaite is a material in Tears of The Kingdom that will give you a pretty strong advantage when rafting if you process the material. It will help you out when building the ultimate flying machine, car, or whatever else your creativity lets you do. Here’s how to process Zonaite in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of The Kingdom.

How to Process Zonaite in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of The Kingdom

To process Zonaite you’ll need to talk to a specific Construct on The Great Sky Islands. Here, you’ll be able to turn that Zonaite into either Zonai Charges or Crystallize Charges.

The Forge Construct is the location you’ll need to go to. It’s just to the right of the fourth and final shrine you will do on the island.

The coordinates for the Forge Construct are (0467, -1684, 1371)

Talk to the Forge Construct, who is shoveling the Zonaite into the smelter, and it will give you the option to trade in your Zonaite for either Crystallized Charges or Zonai Constructs.

Here’s a quick rundown of how to process Zonaite in Tears of the Kingdom

  • Reach one of the Forge Constructs either at the Great Sky Islands or in The Depths
  • Talk to the Construct in front of the Forge.
  • Hand over your hard-earned Zonaite to turn them into Crystallized Charges that can increase your battery level.

You can then head to Lookout Landing in Central Hyrule or the Nachoyah (fourth) shrine on the Great Sky Islands to trade in your charges for Energy Cells. The Construct will be directly across from the fourth shrine on the Great Sky Island.

The Great Abandoned Central Mine Zonaite Forge Construct TOTK

You can also process Zonaite at the Great Abandoned Central Mine. You’ll find this at the coordinates (-0822, -1940, 0523)

Here you will find an abundance of Crystallized Charges and Zonai Charges to spend your processed Zonaite one. You can stumble upon this place on your own exploration or by following the “A Mystery in The Depths” Side Adventure given to you by josha at Lookout Landing.

The Depths Forge Construct

Deep in the depths, underneath Hateno Village, is a second Forge Construct. This one will have many more Crystallized Charges, Zonai Charges, and LArge Zonai Charges for processing than the Great Sky Island one.

The coordinates are (2419, -2762, 0222)

You can enter the depths from The Meda Mountain Chasm and then head east to find the Forge COnstruct for processing Zonaite. Just keep checking your surface map until you’re underneath Hateno Village.

What Are Crystallized Charges?

Crystallized Charges allow you to increase the size of the battery that appears when using Zonai parts. This will increase the amount of time you can spend using fans, rockets, cannons, and anything else you find.

You’ll need 100 Crystallized Charges to purchase a new energy cell, which will give you more stamina for your Zonai Parts.

That’s everything you need to know about how to process Zonaite. I recommend going for the Crystallized Chagres because extra Energy Cells will come in handy later on. Save up for em; you’ll thank us later. While you’re here, check out what to do with Soldier Construct Horns, you probably have quite a few by now.
