Discuss Fear of Death With Another Sim

The first method to get rid of your Sim’s fear of death is to speak to another Sim about it. However, you can’t choose just any Sim. You’ll have to wait until the “Discuss Fears of Death” bubble appears next to your Sim’s profile before speaking to an Elderly Sim. The “Discuss Fears” conversation option shows up when speaking to any Sim, but it is only effective when you talk to an elder. Doing this will cause the older Sim to reassure your character, resulting in you conquering your fear!

Giving the Grim Reaper a Death Flower

Arguably the hardest of the three methods is to give the Grim Reaper a Death Flower. You’ll have to graft numerous plants together, leading up to creating a Death Flower plant that you can harvest. Below is the entire process:

  • Snapdragon + Lily = Orchid
  • Apple + Cherry = Pomegranate
  • Orchid + Pomegranate = Death Flower

Alternatively, you can cheat using the following steps:

  • Hit Ctrl + Shift + C
  • Enter testingcheats true into the text box
  • Type bb.showhiddenobjects on in the text box
  • Head into your build menu and type in Death Flower. You’ll be able to buy and place it into your world using 1200 Simoleons.

After you get your death flower, give it to the Grim Reaper the next time he appears!
